Ambleteuse museum 39-45 can be found on the main coast road.

If you drive through the village of Ambleteuse heading towards Wiisant you will see the museum on the right.

You can not miss it there is a Sherman tank outside.

The museum tells the story of the second world war.

There are displays showing the various campaigns of WWll.

You can see weapons, uniforms from all the armies.

There are a few of the vehicles of the type used in the war.

Plus radios and parachutes and a 40s style cinema.

You could watch a video form the battle of Britain to the liberation.

On the edge of the village with fine country views and walks from the door. 46 kms from Calais, 12 kms from the very popular resort of Hardelot Plage and 17 kms from Wimereux.

Tennis 2 kms, horse-riding 4 kms, shops 5 kms, swimming pool and sailing 12 kms.
