There is a separate fully equipped kitchen

the main bathroom (next to the main bedroom) has a full bath and a separate shower.

The second bedroom has a shower-room en-suite. There is also a separate WC.

The living/dining room has a dining table and 7 chairs, two settees (one of which converts into a double bed) and three armchairs.

There is also a writing-desk.

There is a WiFi Internet connection plus unlimited FREE telephone calls to landlines (NOT cellphones) throughout Europe, North America and Australasia.

Naturally, there's central heating for the winter months.

Both bedrooms have air-conditioning. In addition, all the rooms have ceiling fans.

At the front of the building, off the living/dining room, there is a large terrace with views directly over the Mediterranean.
