Village barn in 2 parts with garden.
In the small village of Availles Limousine not far from Confolons
Aprox size is 30ft x 30ft (9m x 9m) with the other part 12ft x 30ft (3.6m x 9m), the garden is about 50ft x 15ft (15 x 4.5m).
Most of the Timber could be reused
It is a big project but with work it will make 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, a large lounge and with a door way cut through a big kitchen dinner. On the front of the barn is a large door this could be made into a window, then the side door onto the garden would be the main entrance.
There is room on the garden to make a hard stand for vehicles if required.
The water meter is in the barn and electric is in the street so it would not be difficult to get this conected. I have a CU change of use
The roof will need to be taken off and re-boarded some timber replacing then the Spanish type tiles can be replaced.
