Situated in Bagnoles Chateau which is a small and quaint village about 20 minutes walk away from the town of Bagnoles de l?Orne, which is quite simply best described as the Jewel in the Crown of Normandy as it is absolutely beautiful.

Set deep in the heart of The National Park of Normandy Maine this exceptional spa town originally developed and prospered from its use and exploitation of the natural spring waters which are heralded as possessing immense therapeutic powers. Street bars and cafes 'spill' out on to the streets and at night the Casino is lit by a display of coloured lights which reflect from the lake and fountains.

Situated in a very pretty and very ?French? square which is complimented by an 18th century Church, the house is built of traditional stone and ornate brick, known as a 'belle epoque' (beautiful era) house. It was built in the 19th century and has been fully modernised with oil fired central heating and new double glazing, yet it still retains the charm and elegance of its period.

It has 3 floors, 2 of which are for private use and the other, the top floor, is a 3 star private apartment with 2 bedrooms, full central heating and doubled glazing, which is totally self-contained and accessed from a private entrance. (Possibility for use as holiday lets or private use as there is a also access from within the house itself.)
The back of the house boasts a large hedged garden with lawns, picnic table and barbecue. A floodlit fountain and garden lights add to the ambience with majestic Beech nut trees.
The Petit Chalet is located in the garden of the Grand Chalet. The building has been converted into a 3 star self-contained one or two bedroom property with kitchen/ lounge, and shower room, separate toilet.
