Salade de feves

Broad bean salad recipe

to serve 4

1kg broad beans shelled and peeled

4 to 6 anchovies rinsed, dried, and chopped

3 hard boiled eggs finely chopped

4 flozs of vinaigrette recipe here


Place the beans, anchovies and eggs in a bowl and season with vinaigrette then serve.

Carrot salad recipe


Shredded raw carrot salad

to serve 4

500g of carrots

salt and pepper

juice of a lemon

4 flozs of double cream

chopped parsley

Peel and shred the carrots then place in a bowl.

Season with salt and pepper, pour in the lemon juice and cream.

Mix well and sprinkle with the parsley and serve.

French tomato salad recipe

French tomato salad

to serve 4

500g of tomatoes halved and sliced thinly

5 tablespoons of Mustard vinaigrette recipe

fresh herbs

Arrange the tomatoes in a dish and pour over the mustard vivnaigrette.

Mix thoroughly until the tomatoes are coated

Sprinkle the herbs over the top and serve.

Breton salad recipe

to serve 6

300g of cooked haricot beans

300g of freshly cooked beetroot sliced

300g lamb`s lettuce

vinaigrette recipe

1 tablespoon of chopped parsley

Mix together the beans, beetroot and lambs lettuce.

Season with the vinaigrette add a little chopped parsley and serve.
