500g of carrots

salt and pepper

juice of a lemon

4 flozs of double cream

chopped parsley

Peel and shred the carrots then place in a bowl.

Season with salt and pepper, pour in the lemon juice and cream.

Mix well and sprinkle with the parsley and serve.

French tomato salad recipe

to serve 4

500g of tomatoes halved and sliced thinly

5 tablespoons of Mustard vinaigrette recipe

fresh herbs

Arrange the tomatoes in a dish and pour over the mustard vivnaigrette.

Mix thoroughly until the tomatoes are coated

Sprinkle the herbs over the top and serve.

Breton salad recipe

300g of cooked haricot beans

300g of freshly cooked beetroot sliced

300g lamb`s lettuce

vinaigrette recipe

1 tablespoon of chopped parsley

Mix together the beans, beetroot and lambs lettuce.

Season with the vinaigrette add a little chopped parsley and serve.
