This lovely old stone house which has been completely refurbished and modernised is located in this the most sought after area of the Dordogne.

With the medeival town of Sarlat, The chateaux of Beynac,Castelnaud,Marquessayac and Feyrac, Roque Gageac, the Bastide of Domme, River beaches, Canoeing, Horse Riding and Golf all within 20km.

The house is situated on a quiet country lane and is less than 100yds from the River Ceou a tributary of the Dordogne alongside which you can follow one of the many woodland and countryside walks.

The main (upper) garden at the front of the house has a lawned area and a covered area ideal for eating out, with views of the chateau of Le Peyruzel.

The House is on 3 levels:- Lower Ground floor Utility room. Ground Floor:- Split level Lounge/Diner, Kitchen, Bathroom with shower over bath, Toilet and washbasin, 1 double Bedroom. First floor:- 2 Bedrooms 1 double, 1 twin. There is also a Mezzanine which provides a second lounge.

The House has Electic central heating,a Wood burner in the Kitchen all fuel, power,bed linen and towels included in the rent. It is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player, CD player,Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Dishwasher, Fridge/freezer, Microwave, Gerden furniture and Barbecue.

In Daglan approx 500m away there are all facilities:- Small supermarket Cafe/bar/brasserie, Butcher, Boulangerie, Post office, Tea rooms, Bank and a Restaurant.

Additional information about rental rates

· Prices are in GBP(Sterling) - payment is also accepted in Euros and charged at an averaged exchange rate at the time of booking. Once confrmation is made the exchange rate will be held at that rate unless the rate moves by 20% or more, if this level of movement occurs then any balances outstanding will then be recalculated to reflect the new rate.
Payment is accepted by Direct Transfer or Cheque.
· To book accomodation a deposit of 25% of the holiday cost is required, this is non-refundable under normal circumstances. The balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental. Where the booking is made 6 weeks or less then the complete amount is payable at the time of confirmation.
A security deposit of £200 or €200 is required,this to be paid at the time of payment of the balance this will be refunded as soon as possible after the end of the stay and the clearance is given by the local manager.
