A Fish mayonnaise recipe
Cut the lettuce into thin shreds and toss in a little vinaigrette. Remove all the skin and bones from the fish and flake. Arrange the lettuce in a serving dish and place the cooked fish on top. Coat the fish evenly with the mayonnaise. Soak the anchovy fillets in the milk for 20 mins. Drain and arrange the anchovy fillets in a trellis with a caper in each space. Place half stuffed olives, tomato slices and hard boiled egg around the edge serve immediately. |
