Ingredients

Fresh fruit gratin

cooking time 20 mins

3/4 cup of custard

2 tablespoon kirsch

3/4 cup whipped cream with 1/8 cup of sugar

seasonal fresh fruit peeled and sliced

Gently mix together the custard, 2 tablespoons of whipped cream and the kirsch.

Using a metal spoon gently fold in the rest of the cream.

Arrange the fruit in an oven proof flan dish.

Spoon over the topping and cook for 10 mins in a moderately hot oven.

Then place under the grill to brown a little serve immediately.
