Gite Dordogne Parc Naturel Périgord-Limousin

The cottage of Tavaud is situated near the village of Dournazac, on the border between Limousin and Dordogne, in the middle of a regional natural park.

It is an independent house with no close neighbours. On the terrace : garden furniture, BBQ.

On the ground-floor, a living room of 30 square meters with fireplace, TV with DVD player, sideboard, table, chairs, armchairs.
Fully equipped kitchen (except dishwasher). Washing machine and storage room. Toilets on the ground floor and on the first floor.

Two bedrooms of 20 square meters each, one with double bed, one with 3 single beds. Bathroom with shower.

Pond nearby (fishing allowed without a license); forest and river. Medieval castles to visit in the area, and plenty other attractions (We will provide information on what to see on request).
Village of Dournazac with shops and municipal tennis court at 2 km. Town of Chalus with supermarket, bank etc at 7 km.

Renting is from Saturday 2pm till Saturday noon.
Here is an indication of prices per week in 2014 (subject to change without notice): €260 in April and May , €280 in June , €320 in July and August, €260 from September to December. Additional charge for electricity may apply in winter, according to consumption.

It is a self-catering gîte. Bed sheet, towels and consumables are not provided.
In principle, you do the cleaning at the end of your stay. If you choose to leave it to us, we will ask an additional charge of €30.

No smoking inside.
