Granville Market Normandie is held on a Saturday morning in the streets behind the Casino. In the town centre it is easy to find just head for the beach and casino. The stalls are set out round the old covered market at Cours Jonville

We got to Granville market at 8 30 am just as the market was setting up.There is a car park opposite the market next to the post office and tourist office. Which fills up quickly on Market day it is worth arriving early the area gets very busy. As you would expect in a large shell fishing area a lot of the stall sell fish,oysters and mussels. It was quite common to see big queues at these stalls.There was plenty of fresh produce straight from the farms. The usual clothes and shoe stalls my wife got a nice pair of leather ankle boots for 10 euros.
