Seaside town of Hardelot PlageHardelot Plage
Hardelot Plage main street The town has two golf courses and the usual beach sports. The town centre as you can see in the photos has a good mix of shops, cafes and restaurants. There is a Gourmet Sunday market between April and September. You could buy jams made out of the bushes found in the sand dunes. The fruit of the wild rose bush and fruit from the sea buckthorn. If you want to stay you can find a good choice of hotels, B/Bs and campsites in the area. If you have a car it is worth the short drive to the village of Condette to see the Chateau of Hardelot or watch the video on the Castle Hardelot page on the site link at the bottom of page.
