There is a Godin wood-burner in the kitchen and electric central heating supplied by ceramic heaters throughout and a warm-air-blown system feeding all the bedrooms, bathroom and landing. Upstairs are three large bedrooms and a family bathroom, which has a corner bath, basin and toilet and Velux window. The spacious landing has a built-in airing cupboard housing the chauffe-eau.

There is a large stone barn of 26m x 12m alongside the house with water and electricity supplies and a two-bedded mobile home within the barn which is plumbed into the water, satellite TV and electricity supplies and also to the fosse septique and is ideal extra accommodation. It is currently used as an office and has electric heating and gas boiler for water, shower room and galley kitchen. The two full-size Propane bottles feeding the mobile home are included in the sale. The barn roof was overhauled in 2005 and is very sound. There is a large workbench with lighting and power and a large hangar to the side of the barn for wood storage. The barn has new double front doors, two pedestrian access doors at the front and a smaller double door at the rear leading out into the small paddock.

The land is half a hectare (about 1½ acres) and comprises a large garden behind the house, a flat grassed area in front of the property, a gravel turning area, a small paddock behind the barn and a driveway. There is also a small chicken house.
