La Buissonniere farmhouse gite in Normandy

La Buissonniere is a comfy farmhouse gite at the end of a secluded lane deep in Normandy.

We are open all year round for holidays of a minimum of 3 nights and have no set changeover day as we feel this helps our guests with more flexible and cheaper travel options. You choose what suits you.

Our gite

Is all on the ground floor which may suit those with limited mobility

Sleeps up to 4 in double and twin rooms. A cot can be added at no extra cost

Has a spacious lounge with wide screen TV and DVD player, comfortable seating, a kitchen diner, and a combined WC and shower room. All bedding, towels and electric heating is included in the rental price

Has a private garden for guests with decked area, garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue, and a larger grassed area for outdoor games provided

Offers free WiFi and FreeSat

Has ample free parking and welcomes touring motocyclists with covered storage available for motorbikes.

Is just 90 mins from ferry and airports, 5 mins from the boulangeries, boucheries, bars and supermarket in Le Teilleul, and 15 mins from Mortain, St Hilaire du Harcouet and Domfront

Is within easy distance of the beautiful beaches in the Baie du Mont St. Michel, the Normandy Landing beaches and cemetaries of WW2, and the attractive and historic towns of Granville, Avranches, Fougeres and Falaise. Attractions for children include themeparks, waterparks and animalparks

Offers the opportunity to discover the culture and heritage of France at local Brocantes, Vide Greniers, markets, cider farms, chateaux ……..

……..or you could just chill out in the tranquil seclusion of La Buissonniere, relaxing and recharging and enjoying the company of our free ranging chickens and our sheep in the paddock
