There is a picturesque, willow planted, island and all banks are well established with indigenous trees and shrubs. The perimeter is enclosed with a bed of irises.

Access is dry with grassy banks and six swims although with potential to have more. The depths are superb, up to 3metres and there are full facilities to drain the lake, including concrete holding tanks. All permissions are in place with the necessary authorities. Chalets
There is a new, purpose built chalet which accommodates 6 people, located in a beautiful oak tree copse on the banks of the lake. Currently used as client accommodation with one double, one twin bedroom and a double sofa bed. Ensuite shower room and separate WC. The chalet is being offered fully furnished and with linen, crockery and satellite TV. Outside are a decked balcony, barbeque and seating area

On the lake bay is a further lodge being used as owner accommodation with excellent potential and permission to develop into a 3 or 4 bed farmhouse. Constructed of block with a special granite fireplace and pretty covered barbeque patio, having been built using reclaimed materials, including a rustic pebbled floor. The lounge (36.43m2) has a tiled floor and is pine clad. The kitchen has a traditional double sink and plumbing for a washing machine. The shower room has a washbasin and WC.
