Beautiful historical house located in Lagrasse, classed as “One of the Most Beautiful Villages of France”. The timber-framed house, built in 1532 and remodeled recently, has lovely high ceilings, and lots of light. The street level has a storefront with possible income and another room with a fireplace that can also be rented as retail space. The first floor has a spacious living room, a cozy kitchen and dining room, as well as a WC. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with separate WC and a mezzanine. The interiors have recently been painted with warm Mediterranean colors.
