Le Jardin des Pins is located 5 minutes from Monségur in a small village called Saint-Sulpice-de-Guilleragues in the beautiful department of the Gironde, Aquitaine in SW France.

Le Jardin des Pins is set in a quiet, rural, but not isolated location in a beautiful enclosed 1.5 acre garden of pine trees, fruit trees, rose bushes and numerous flowers and bushes with a 10m x 5m private pool.

Le Jardin des Pins self catering holiday rental is gated and the land is enclosed by fencing. A driveway leads to the spacious villa which is on one level and sleeps 5 people in 3 bedrooms. Complete with a large sitting/dining room, kitchen, pantry, shower room, separate WC, laundry area and conservatory which overlooks the terrace, pool and garden.

Outside you will find amongst the beautiful enclosed gardens a private 10m x 5m chlorine pool which has a Summer pool cover to keep the pool temperature warm and is enclosed with a lockable gate to comply with safety regulations. The pool depth is 1.7 meters. Regular pool cleaning is included during your stay.

On the terrace outside the main house is a marquee which houses the BBQ. 2 sun loungers, a parasol, 4 garden chairs and round table are supplied.

Conservatory
Sliding doors lead into the conservatory which has a comfortable seating area with coffee table and a small round dining table that seats 4 people. Doors leading to the utility room and kitchen. You will find a freezer and washing machine, along with children?s pool toys in the utility room.

Kitchen and Pantry
French doors leading from the conservatory to a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, electric hob, dishwasher, small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Iron and ironing board provided. Archway leading to the lounge/dining area and a door leading to the bedrooms, shower room and WC.

Lounge/Dining Room
Large room with comfortable leather seating, Freesat television with dvd player, cd player and dining table that seats 6. Two French doors that lead to an outside covered terrace.

Master Bedroom
King size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers with windows overlooking the garden. Ceiling fan with light. Hairdryer supplied. Bed linen included in the weekly rate.

Twin Bedroom
Twin beds with sliding mirrored built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. Window overlooking the garden. Ceiling fan with light. Bed linen included in the weekly rate.

Single Bedroom
Single bed, built in wardrobe and 2 sets of chest of drawers. Window overlooking the garden. Ceiling fan with light. Bed linen included in the weekly rate.

Shower Room
Shower cubicle, bidet, wash hand basin and cupboards. The separate WC is next door to the shower room. Bath towels included in the weekly rate. Pool towels are not supplied.

There is no allocated changeover day for Le Jardin des Pins. Generally it is cheaper to travel during the week or on a Sunday, please contact us for dates/availability.
A 30% deposit on booking, (non-refundable). Balance to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to arrival, with a 250 euros repayable deposit against all damages. For bookings commencing within 8 weeks of the holiday, payment in full is required to secure the booking.

Prices are for the property advertised above, per week
There is no specific changeover day, the rental will start on the allocated arrival day from 4pm to the allocated departure day at 10am and include electricity, water, bed linen and bath towels. Property managers will clean the pool on the day of arrival and weekly thereafter. The property is cleaned prior to your arrival.
Sorry no pets and no smoking inside the property.
