Lovely stone village house and barn in the south of France.
The house dates from 1846 and has been fully and tastefully renovated. It is laid out on the floors. The ground floor consists of a large kitchen/dining/sitting area.
The kitchen is fully fitted and has all mod cons such as cooker, dishwasher, hob, microwave, washing machine, etc. Off the kitchen is a shower room and toilet.
On the first floor is the huge sitting area with French doors and beamed ceiling and open fireplace. The third floor is an open-plan sleeping area with a large family bathroom. There is gas central heating.
The house which is located in the centre of a small village is full of charm!
The barn is situated across the road and has a small garden attached. It has been partially converted and has a new concrete floor, new roof and new windows and door.
The property is about 7 miles south of the lovely town of Limoux and about a mile and a half from the town of Couiza. The wonderful medieval city of Carcassonne with all its amenities and airport is within driving distance. Barcelona is only 180 miles south.
This property is ideal as a family home or investment.
