To rent our beautiful 85 sq metre, three bedroom apartment on the Promenade des Anglais overlooking the Med in the centre of Nice. It's the perfect holiday home and the ideal location for enjoying a sundowner on the large balcony whilst watching the vibrant activity on the Promenade below.

The bright and spacious living area opens out onto a large balcony with stunning views of the Bay of Angels and the beach below. There's comfortable seating and a dining table and chairs for 6 people plus tv, dvd and selection of dvd's and stereo system. The fully equipped kitchen is just next door.

The three double bedrooms are located at the rear of the apartment looking out onto a quiet, private residential area. The bedrooms are fully equipped with modern furnishings and share two bathrooms. The three bedrooms open out onto a small balcony.

If you know Nice then you'll appreciate the apartments position, centrally located on the Promenade des Anglais (the only place to be!!) There are many bars, restaurants and shops near the apartment. The beach is just 50 metres away and the large balcony has uninterupted views of the whole bay. The view from the balcony has been captured by many a famous artist and whilst sipping your Gin and tonic you'll appreciate why.

In 1823 the English people who were very attracted to Nice?s climat and beauty, started to build the ultra famous Promenade, that stretches 7 km around the Bay of Angels, which was from 1844 known by the world as the Promenade des Anglais. They built many luxury palaces and hotels, all its glamour is still present today.
Nice is a busy, bustling city with something for everyone from the bright lights of the city shops, bars, restaurants and clubs to the lure of the water with diving, swimming, parasailing, boating and sunbathing to the activities of golfing, walking, cycling, sightseeing both in Nice and inland.
