Nice is a large city in the Cote d` Azur region of France

For the best views of the town take a walk up to Colline Le Chateau a picturesque ruin. With viewing platforms to see the town and beaches see the Cascades waterfall .The best way to get to Castle hill is through the old town passed the old cemetery.There is a lift if the walk is to much for you by the Hotel Suisse.

The Promenade des Anglais is a pleasant place to walk and be seen. Its has some very elegant hotels along the Promenade with great view of the sea.

The old town of Vieux Nice, with its flagstone narrow streets and the harbour are separated from the new part by the Paillon River.

At the Place Garibaldi you can walk around the fountain and visit one of the many cafés in the area.

There are plenty of things to do the Casino Ruhl the Bar Anglais at the nearby Negresco Hotel Nice
