Nielles les Ardres is a village in the Hem valley area of Pas de Calais region. About 2 miles from the market town of Ardres. The port of Calais is 12 miles away and Saint Omer is 14 miles
We stopped in the village for a picnic on our way back from Ardres. There is a car park and picnic area in the centre of this peaceful little village.Nielles les Ardres has an old church with a Roman nave and some outstanding furniture and fixtures 12th century fonts and a 17th century organ. on the edge of the village is a large White Chateau One of the village signs
