Montmartre

The photo was taken at dusk at the top of the steps in the Montmartre area of Paris.

The area is a mix of old and new everything from the Moulin Rouge to the Sacré Coeur Basilica.

There are steep hills in parts, so be prepared for a climb if you are going to the Basilica.

There are cobble stoned streets, too, with antique shops and 'bistros.

At the Espace Montmartre one can view an original Dali etching. The museum houses Dali sculpture, lithographs, drawings and some furniture pieces.
