A Peach dessert recipe
Grease an ovenproof dish and place peaches in the bottom. Mix together the flours and sugar in a bowl, gradually stir in the eggs. Then the milk and vanilla essence, mix to a smooth batter. Pour over the peaches and bake in a moderate oven for about 50 mins. Or until a knife inserted in the centre comes out clean. Serve warm with cream or ice cream.
