St Tropez
The town is reached on a narrow coast road which gets blocked with traffic. It can be better to go further up the coast to St Raphael and travel by boat. The boat leaves every couple of hours and the short journey takes about 50 mins. In the town you will find a chapel that has been converted to one of the best art galleries in the country works to be found Matisse's Corsican Landscape and Vuillard's Two Women by Lamplight.
