  • A separate eat-in Breton-style kitchen with local granite worktop is fully equipped.

    First Floor:

  • a grand staircase leads to 3 airy bedrooms, one 4-poster and one double, both with breathtaking views of the ramparts, and one twin room facing the quiet cobbled Rue Michel.
  • The bedrooms feature oak floors, large windows and ceiling fans for comfortable sleeping on the warmest summer day.
  • The large bathroom is fully tiled with oversize shower and double sink.

    Free parking is on-site next to the 'Boules' court/barbecue terrace.

  • Parking can be a real problem in Dinan centre, but you will have your own space at the rear of the Villa,
  • so no hassles of not being able to find a parking space each time you use your car.
