One kilometre from the picturesque village of Nanteuil en Vallee, is the pretty little commune of Chez Taupignon.. The property is in this hamlet. It is a detached 20-year-old house, which is completely renovated and decorated. It stands in a lovely extensive landscaped garden of over 4000 sq/metres; mostly grassed over and containing many vines, fruit trees, bushes, flowers & shrubs.



In front of the house is a covered patio, furnished with an oak picnic table, and a barbecue area, which gets plenty of use during the summer months. The house itself has a large comfortable sunny living and dining room with French doors leading to the secluded secure side garden.



The bungalow has three bedrooms, a bathroom with a large bath; also a walk-in shower cabinet. There is also an en-suite toilet with basin & shower cabinet. The fitted kitchen with dishwasher has a door leading to a utility room which houses a deep-freeze cabinet; clothes washing machine, and dryer.
