This beautifully restored, picturesque 18th century Normandy farmhouse has three guest rooms (two double, one twin) with private bathrooms. Guests have access to a sitting room/library, terraces and gardens equipped with tables and chairs by the side of a small fishing lake.
On the border of Normandy and the Sarthe (Pays de Loire) "La Basse Cour" is 10 minutes from Alençon and the A28, 30 minutes north of Le Mans, 1 hour south of Rouen.
The house is in the village of Ancinnes is tucked up close to the Forest of Perseigne. This is a wonderful area to explore by car, on foot or by bike.
All rooms have en-suite facilities and overlook acres of gardens, countryside and woodland.
