The property is 25 mins from Dinan and about 30 mins from the sea. The main house was built in 1952 and is detached with a large garden to the back of the house, mainly laid to lawn but with loads of mature trees and shrubs. there is also a shed at the top of the garden. The house comprises 3 beds and a shower room/toilet on the 1st floor and oak floors. The ground floor has a large kitchen/breakfast room, lounge and another shower room/toilet with a conservatory running along the back of the house. The lounge has a wood burning stove and the kitchen has a large open fireplace. There is a second house which has been renovated to a high standard and is almost finished which has 2 beds and a bathroom on 1st floor and large open plan lounge/kitchen on the ground floor. There is also a log burning stove in the lounge. There are also 2 - 3 other outbuilding which could be renovated and would not have a problem with planning permission.
