You will find Résidence La Roseraie set in the wooded hills of northern Périgord Noir, just 8 km from Hautefort Castle.

We propose two luxury Villas: Villa Rosa and La Truffière, one Cottage: Lou Nouzier and a Mobile home: L'Acacia. The holiday accommodations are respectfully situated on the park (2,4 ha) to ensure the privacy of all guests.

Lou Nouzier is a new built Cottage which can accommodate up to 4/5 persons.
A fold bed is available on demand for the 5th person.

The cottage is situated on an area of 4000 m², just below Résidence La Roseraie where you also find our main property. Both areas are simply separated by a small and quiet communal road.
Several meters from Lou Nouzier, respectfully situated to ensure the privacy of all guests, we build another cottage. The second cottage will not be rented in 2009.

The ground level holiday home has a surface of 64 m² (of which 55 m ² habitable) and a little shed of 5 m². A garden table, long chairs and a BBQ are installed on the southwest facing terrace.

The guests of the cottage are allowed to use our private swimming pool (10-5 m, from 0.35m. to 1,70 m deep), situated just 150 m from the cottage.

Cot (carry cot with extra mattress) and high chair available (for children up to 2 years old)
