Chalet Style 1 bed Gite with private pool Lot et Garonne

I'm selling my home and gite with pool but have a few weeks to sell until then.
I have a one-bed chalet, self catering and pool exclusive to guests. Stay by the week or two.
Located between Agen (capital of the Lot et Garonne) and Villeneuve sur Lot in a quiet neighbourhood in an elevated position.
Bergerac is about 1.30 hrs to the north. Nearest village is Laroque Timbaut, 3 kms away, where you can find all the main shops.
The gite is self contained, next to my house, within secure grounds, access by electric gates.
Guests must agree to show the premises when asked by the owner.
