Mediterranean coast is 90 minutes by motorway (Perpignan, Canet beach, Montpellier), Barcelona is 3 hours by car and also just over the Spanish border is the Dali museum in Figueres. You can be on the slopes skiing in 45 minute on Mont d’Olmes close to Laroque-d’Olmes, where there is also a FIA Karting track, and the historical Cathar site of Monsegur is 35 minutes away from the house.

Being close to both skiing and coast the property is usable throughout the year, coupled with very low running costs it makes an ideal lock-up and leave property.
