There are plenty of attractions close by including, swimming, lakes, skiing, golf, horse riding, white water rafting and too many others to list here!

There are two driveways leading to the property which is partially hidden away from the road, small and large gardens, fruit orchards, meadows and forest. The farm has been used for cattle in the past but only our pet ducks are roaming free now.

The living room is approximately 5m x 5m with Pyrenean marble fireplace and original tiled floor. Large Office/bedroom, a bathroom with shower/bath, washbasin and toilet and a large walk in cupboard. Also a dinning room, kitchen, laundry/cellier and finally a grand old oak staircase to first floor.

2 main bedrooms approximately 5m x 5m with views of the Pyrenees and a small office/bedroom with French windows also with views of the Pyrenees.

Telephone with broadband (supplier required), mains electricity, bottled gas water heating, mains water, simple quarry septic tank (needs replacement), two wood burning stoves and electric heaters for heating, a wood burning cooker and bottled gas cooker.

Immediately inhabitable and partly renovated. The house and land are generally in good condition but work is still required to bring the property up to a desirable standard including a new sewage system, electrical work and a damp problem in the rear most wall.
