Herby Goat cheese

Mix the cheeses with the chopped herbs, onion, and shallot.

Mix in the capers, peppercorns. salt and pepper.

Stir in the vinegar. lemon juice and olive oil stir well.

Place the cheese mixture in 4 small ramekin dishes.

Push it down well and chill for 2 hours.

Turn out just before serving. Serve with a little green salad.
