Inxent France


The small French village of Inxent can be found in the Course valley area. It is about 18 miles from the port of Boulogne and 12 miles from the seaside resort of Le Touquet.

The valley is very lush and green with lots of small villlages to explore. We choose this location as it was close to the channel ports so not too much driving.

It is close to the town of Montreuil sur mer about 5 miles away for all your shopping needs. You can easly visit some of the best beaches in France on the Cote d Opale coast.

We stayed in a gite in the village I noticed several signs for gites and small chambres d hote guest houses. Inxent has a restaurant and small hotel the Auberge

we had a good meal there on a Thursday night.

The restaurant was full which was good considering it was the first week in June.
