Chocolate Mousse a French recipe
Break the chocolate into pieces. Melt gently over low heat in a bowl standing in a pan of simmering water. Take off the heat and remove the bowl from the water. Stir the egg yolks into the chocolate. Whisk the egg whites with the icing sugar until stiff. Carefully fold in the chocolate mixture. Transfer the mousse to a serving bowl or individual
glasses and chill for 2 hours. Serve cold with grated
chocolate or chopped pistachio nuts or a little whipped
cream.
