Cremet D`Angers a cream cheese dessert
IngredientsCremet D`Angers Cream cheese dessert serves 6 500mls / 18 flozs creme fraiche 3 to 4 egg whites whisked vanilla sugar to serve creme fraiche fresh fruit |
Line a 850 ml / 1 1/2 pt mould or 6 individual coeur a`la creme moulds.
Or a sieve with a muslin or cheese cloth.
Whip two thirds of the creme fraiche until it forms soft peaks.
Whisk in the egg whites until stiff.
Spoon into the moulds or sieve and leave in a cool place for 8 to 24 hours.
Turn out on a cold plate or plates.
Serve with vanilla sugar, fresh fruit and creme fraiche
