How to make a tuna fish salad


Ingredients


Salade Tonello

A tuna fish salad

To serves six

450g / 1lb sliced cold french beans

450g cold cooked diced potatoes

75 - 100ml / 3 - 4 flozs of vinaigrette

salt and pepper

clove of garlic

3 tomatoes cut in quarters

3 hard boiled eggs quartered

170g tin of tuna fish

pitted ripe olives

6 - 12 anchovy fillets.


Toss the potatoes and the beans with the vinaigrette recipe on web site

and season with salt and pepper.

Rub the inside of a salad bowl with the cut clove of garlic.

Place the potatoes and beans in the bowl.

Decorate the salad with the tomatoes interspersed with the eggs, pieces of tuna, olives and the anchovy fillets
