Quimperle is the town of three rivers. It is divided into an old part and a new part.We visited the area round Saint-Michel church and its market square where you can park the car.There is a large market held on a Friday morning on the car park Place Saint Michel.

The area round the church has some of the oldest timber framed houses in Quimperle. A short walk from here is the medieval hospital the Frémeur Hospital. There are several guided walks around the town.We arrived as you can see by the church clock at 1.20pm hence no people in the photos. The French love there lunch. I can not blame them for taking a long lunch break every day because the food is so good. You can find out more about
