Kerascoet
Kerascoet in Brittany photos and guide to our visit to this hidden village. The village is about about 7 miles from Pont Aven and a couple of miles from Nevez

Kerascoet is a well hidden village it is down a side street off the main road. We drove passed it without seeing it. Fortunately there is a large car park just passed the village entrance we parked there to have a coffee and saw the sign to the village. You can see the sign in the photo.
The village is like going back in time 200 years the houses were mainly stone with thatched roofs. There were several well marked walks round the area starting in the car park.We visited in late September and only saw 3 other people.As we were leaving a coach arrived with about 40 people so I would imagine the village gets busy in the Summertime Most of the houses in the village are occupied
The only cafe/bar in Kerascoet
We visited the cafe on a very hot day.It was nice and cool inside the bar. The lady serving was very pleasant and we enjoyed two reasonably priced drinks
